» any advice on how to make a car walk? (Go to post)08-12-2014 @ 22:20
you could make a fabricated frame to imitate a car with plate loadable pins on the 4 corners and could even have wheels on it aswell I'm even thinking about making one myself now

a few weeks ago i had a bit of knee pain down the outside of my right knee a couple of days after some heavyish squats for reps i self diagnosed it as it tendon pain so got a foam roller and started working on it and laid of deads and squats for a bit.last week i managed to deadlift and squat as normal with no pain at all and seems to have cleared up.

now i woke up yesterday morning in agony now just above my left knee cap and have been hobling around since then. im now lying on the settee with both legs stretched out and ive noticed i cant actually elevate my left leg even an inch without any assistance.im going to the gp tomorrow but has any one experienced this or have any ideas what it could be

I'm using it as a recovery program I didn't train for 8 months came back and pulled 220 for a hard single so I set the program to achieve a 240 on week 9 I pulled 250 so now I have set it from 250-270 to get me back to my previous best and am currently on target for that.if all goes well and I achieve the 270 I will probably aim for 275-280 on the next cycle as that would then be a pb so probably harder to achieve

Ive met ed in person but not to speak to I was at the midlands qualifier in 2010 and he seems like a genuine guy and as far as the racism article in the paper goes I personally messaged ed myself as soon as I seen it and he was genuinely gob smacked

P.s ebay and paypal are absolute crap when it comes to the seller its all about the buyer although without sellers there is no ebay so I cant understand why they make it so hard for us

Once you have purchased it he can change the advert all he wants but you will always have a copy of the original purchase your made via ebay because as soon as you click buy ebay automatically saves the listing as it appears when you bought the item in your purchase history
