A few things have to happen for that to take place though. I have a method....
Firstly, I need to open on 330kg.
This means in training, I need to do 330 x 3. Likeliness is high for this.
My 2nd attempt needs to be 350kg. For this to happen, I will need to have done a very convincing 345kg in training. Likeliness of this is currently unknown, as I've been nowhere near it yet.
Potential 2nd attempts range from 342.5kg for a comp PB, up to 350kg.
3rd attempt will likely be 10kg more than my 2nd attempt.


You know yourself how your training is going, but judging by your videos, you are looking extrmely strong at the minute. The paused squats are just sick, ive actually been doing them along with paused bench every session now. I have found alot more confidence on heavy weights, training with this method.

I will be shocked if you dont hit 360. I think you will hit it comfortably, going by your recent training videos.
