Medium session. Start pushing it next week. Got my new wrist wraps and rehbands today. Can't say I notice a difference with the rehbands over the tk bands yet but we'll see! Definitely hard to justify the 2x cost but they're permitted in comps I guess. squat 110 for 5 triples. deficit sumo deads - off 3 mats 120 for 4 doubles First 3 sets super fast. Light ish again. Competition in a few weeks so building up intensity gradually. Will probably do 75%, 85% week 1. 85%, 95% week 2 then deload in third week. Or something like that! a lot of catching up to do! bench (slightly) wider grip today. Ring finger on rings as opposed to pinkies. Another light one, serious DOMS today sumo deads 100 for 5 triples power cleans 50 for 15-20 total singles chinups 7 or 8 triples squats 50 for a couple of 5s rollouts Lots of stretching. | |||

Still counts though lol 210xf didn't budge 210xf nah lol conventionals - all hook gripped 110x3 130x2 150x1 160x1 pretty easy but decided to leave it there 150x1 front squats 70x5 70x5 70x5 70x5 70x5 absolutely dead here chinups 5 5 rows 75x5 75x5 75x5 tough machine rows 30x10 35x10 40x10 40x10 Done. squats 145x2 145x2 hardest of the three sets 145x2 belt one notch tighter. Easier but was digging into waist like crazy conventional deads trying these out again! Worked up to a couple of easy doubles on 140. Felt so alien! SSB squats 65 for 5x5 these are a killer! GHRs 10 10 10 rollouts 2 sets of 10 Squats were quite good. Form wasn't 100% | |||
