How do you find them?

Same as really. As I use cleats on both bikes I cycle in cycling shoes which I don't find warm regardless of sockage style. I haven't found a decent solution to this for any rides over an hour. I have some cold weather waterproof sealskin socks which are warm when walking in my Salomons so I suspect the shoe is where the heat gain should be made rather than the sock.

I reckon I could add all 50k of chains to my 16k KB. That would help your squats some.

I have no idea about most of the stuff you train, but looks ace.

I feel better for reading your post Jon. Sad that this is dragging on. I was forced into a 15 against 1 fair fight back in my teens and surprisingly I got the s**t kicked out of me. Healed up fast enough apart from what turned out to be a bush intercostal. Bad news - hard to diagnose without a friendly orthopaedic, good news - cortisone for the win. Hope its fast for you x

I'll take that. One Southern Comfort every new year's eve. As long as it's only a single and not a double

Pretty sure new years eves only come in singles, although this may not be true of the next one.

I've contemplated this one too. I'd call mine "The Big Arms" (like the Mort arms, but different) . If it ever comes about and I get the frontage hand painted I may need you to model your wrists for the main graphic. I can't offer much by way of remuneration, but could throw in free alcoholic drinks for you for life.

51YO with no health issues, and got my appointment for the first jab on Saturday. Looks like either they are well in front in my area, a lot of people have refused it, or I do have a medical issue. I hope it's the first one. 6 mile walk to the Halliwell stadium, get my jab, over the road to Decathlon to pick up my click and collect hiking socks, and a run home. All very exciting. This isn't just life. It's an adventure.

Fatpete said:Eighteen characters however, as a racehorse name would be written as "eighteencharacters" as that way it is eighteen characters. Happy Happy Happy Happy Happy Happy

I sat on my OCD for 3 days but couldn't take any more, so I had to check the obvious lead that you left.

https://www.skysports.com/racing/form-profiles/horse/237787/eightee...

No idea what most of that means, but the word 'Winner' crops up a fair bit.

If I had a racehorse I'd call it "eleven on the dial" I think. This is both 18 characters and available according to www.britishhorseracing.com I'll ponder this now more than I should. I almost wish that it wasn't available then I could move on.

Can't be more 'wow' than running marathons? Lol.

Really enjoy it and get to work a tad heavier without busting joints too much.

Also, I now have several pairs of waterproof socks. Nothing to do with squats, but yeah, waterproof socks.
