After pulling something in my back at Sundays U105 comp I wont be going, well pissed off! Was hoping for some decent squat and dead pb's.

Such is life I guess!

Was a s**t day for me, pulled something after the 3rd comfortable dl, hopefully I'll be walking tomorrow.

No disrespect to the other athletes but Ben was another league today, like Will said looked like he didn't get out of second gear.

Matt ran a good well organised comp, all 6 events done in around 3 hours!

Hope Ben, Si, and Shaun do well in the final. The final is going to be epic!!!
