This is a big PB for me. My 1RM has always been 200kg with wraps. Safe to say considering my back is f**ked, squats are doing not bad!

EDIT - I usually hit well below parallel but with the wraps i literally couldn't go any lower, they restrict my depth.

I trained at resultS for a few months back when i lived in aberdeen briefly. Great gym, nice people, and good SM equipment!

The first thing you're doing is straightening your legs and your ass is going straight up, and then using you back for about 80% of the lift. Do lots of Glute Ham Raises ect, and strengthen your quads wouldn't hurt too.

Making some progress on bench, hoping for a single at 160 at some point in the next few months.
