| My name is John, i'm 18 years old, my future aspiration are to compete in both powerlifting and strongman. Currently I'm plagued by a slap tear injury for the last 9 months but getting it operated in the next month or two. atm i am concentrating on deadlifting/squatting and when the injury is dealt with i'll have a strong base to advance my upper body from. | |||
