21/3 Paused squats 180 x 3, 220 x 2, 250 x 1. Single leg calf raises +20 x 10, 10, 10. Beltless pendlay rows 160 x 8, 8, 8. Wide grip chins, 3 x 5. Beltless RDL 160 x 6, 6, 6. Squat strength seems to have more or less reached previous levels, so time to stop having fun with heavy stuff and up the volume. This probably means dropping down to only squatting twice a week, but I'll see how my knees feel before making that decision. | |||

20/3 1 clean monster log press 85 x 2, 2, 2, 105 x 2, 2, 125 x 1, 134 x 1 - PB. Seriously short on time tonight after sone life problems. So followed a line i once saw posted by the great Tom Martin, he said its ok to finish a session on a PB, so i did. | |||

17/3 - pm Hanging knee raises, 3 x 15. Beltless paused deadlifts 220 x 3, 3, 3. Kettlebell curls 20 x 8, 8, 8. Neutral grip chins, 3 x 5. Plate pinch 15 x 30s, 20 x 30s, 25 x 5s, 5s. Very brief session this afternoon. Think ive tweaked my left oblique, or something to that effect, so skipped the snatch grip deads that would have made the bulk of the session and just hit the accessory work. | |||

Though all the double dip work is looking a bit pointless as i cant get at all comfortable with it on the giant log. If this remains true for the next couple of weeks i will have to shelf the idea until after bodypower. | |||

12/3 Yoke 160 x 50m, 240 x 50m, 320 x 25m, 320 x 20m in 11.25s - PB. Tyre into drag 280 x 5/250 x 20m. Tyre flip 280 x 6, 5. Stone over yoke up to 120 x 3, 149 x 1. Another good session today, though the medley torched my quads, going to need to add some high rep squats in to get used to dealing with lactic acid and a pump. | |||
