deadlifts on thursday:

Deadlift- 60 kg warm ups. 100kg x 2 x 10 reps, 120 kg x 2 x 5 reps, 140 kg x 1 x 1 rep.

16 on tuesday Happy 20th

hi my names ryan lever
i train at olympic sports gym in ashton,
im 15 nearly 16 (7 days to be exact )
i have been training for a couple of months now.
but when i was younger i trained olympic lifting for about 2 years.

some of my pbs Happy
bench press : 85kg
deadlift : 145kg
squat : 135 kg
incline bench : 80kg
military press : 60 kg
press behind kneck seated : 65kg

all my lifts are done unequipped

at the moment my weight is 83kg
