alright chris no pbs mate i might not even carry on equipped lifting just do raw and maybe keep my shirt for bench only comps carnt be bothered with the suit are u interested in buying my suit it will fit u perfect as is big on me u can have it for 60 quid with the knee wraps too i did pay 140 for them both about 6 weeks ago and hows the training been???

cheerz moz ye them wraps will be going on proper in the future and next goal the 200kg squat and ye hope the numbers keep going up and ye you are right moz about listening more and i will do thanks.
