Training with Bim Squat 3x5 at 150kg paused Dead 3x3 at 202.5kg General feeeling: squat: felt great tonight - right knee tracked perfect with toes. 140kg was challenging but pushed it a bit - glad I did dead: misloaded first set at 212.5 kg - cheers Bim for using a 25kg bumper plate and f*cking plate math | |||

Training with Bim Flat DB presses 3x8 at 36kg Flys 3x8 at 14kg Cable push down 3x8 at 70kg Dips x8 at bw 3x6 at bw Skull crushers 3x8 at 34kg Front raises 3x8 at 15kg bar OHP 3x8 at 30kg General feeling: Knackering session especially triceps. Happy with 36kg DB and 34kg skull crushers. Strict OHP was learning experience with grip. | |||

Second 200kg fail was weirder: stopped half way up and started twisting left... Third set on paused was best: focused on sitting back (start at hips) |
