--> not a massive pause but still

General feeling:
not feeling happy about weight (been lower than that and bar felt better) an changed gym --> everything feels so heavy!

General feeeling:
squat: felt great tonight - right knee tracked perfect with toes.
140kg was challenging but pushed it a bit - glad I did
dead: misloaded first set at 212.5 kg - cheers Bim for using a 25kg bumper plate and f*cking plate math

General feeling:
First 200kg fail was awkward as did not feel heavy.
Second 200kg fail was weirder: stopped half way up and started twisting left...
Third set on paused was best: focused on sitting back (start at hips)
