so i have 'maned up' and im eating alot more, i feel better for it but im still eating very clean cause im trying to keep strength but cut to make weight for a powerlifting comp.

problem is im eating so clean im craving sweets like chocolate and cakes and stuff. can you treat yourself when cutting and still loose the fat?

does anyone else have trouble getting the food in?

im supposed to be eating 2800 cals a day just for maintanece if i wasnt doing any exercise at all, i train in total about 12 hours a week, martial arts, compulsory PT, weights and i struggle to get 2500 down my neck.
im 6ft1" 90kg and 11.3% BF

i need help, i dont mind losing fat but i dont want my body to start going catabolic and eat up what little muscle i have Unhappy

I dead in all stars but a mate of mine uses oly shoes, he got real bad ankle problems and shin pain wearing All stars, but now with his oly shoes he said its a lot more comfy
