| Terry has poor raw power. His strength is related to being really heavy. When he loses weight his underlying relative weakness shows. Remember same happened to Loz when he was trying to be ab man to get his training business going. Zs genetics and decades of power bodybuilding shows in how big and kean he is, and his ability to recover his strength. | |||

| Not trained for a while. Short stint at HM pleasure and now juggling community service, job and kids so barely able to get anything done. Gonna have one big workout on Sundays focused on squats, chins dips and a few accessories until I get my life back on track. | |||
