pissed about the bench but some tits kept hanging around my left foot and it really pissed me off, threw me off completly on the last rep

I don't have any Bands or anything like that to get westide but I think as my formneeds work and strengthening I'll dabble with just below true box squats and touch and go (just to keep eye on depth) and deeper box squats. I'm much weeker at bottom than at the top

After I've tried my 'peaking' cycle I made up I'm getting g back on it.

It's not complex. Find 1rm max an get 90%. Use 90% as new 1rm max and find 1/3/5 rm max for all 4 lifts. Then work way through with a deload week. As it's only 90% istead of 100 you end up getting more reps on last set.

Just alternate weeks between 5x10@50% and 5x10 dips. There will still be alot of carry over

I'd do 1 day b row 1 day d row. Both days chins. Chins for warm ups on all days and more chins for breakfast

just tried box squats recently. They feel like they would be really benefitial. I've just been stacking up some rubber plates to a height I fancy

Just wondering if other people do these. If they do how often and to what height.height was thinking about maybe Mon to below paralell then on fri alternating high and deep for maybe a double and some speed
