Y u in Ed? 'Club' sandwiches but in gluten free bagels as there was no gluten free bread. The lass had normal bread. With crisps and some coleslaw I made with apple and mustard Pudding is rice pudding flavoured with blood orange and coconut cream and stewed berries with maple syrup | |||

Another 7am fasted sesh with fogo Legs stiff and tired but form so much better than wed Stretch Sq to a box. Beltless 140/6 doubles then 2 singles. Both sets I wanted doubles but lost the line and didnt want to mong it. I wanted 7 doubles as thats 1 more than last week.
