left gym and now doing painkillers lat is tight but hopefully not about to go into spasm...need to be fit to work tomorrow, in charge and a big flank to build ffs.

My lat went into spasm about a year ago had to get picked up from the pub by my mum and dad. Was walking like an 80 year old man and hopped up on tramadol, f**ked me for a couple of days and then got acupuncture down the physio. She stuck a needle under my armpit and i was brand new again.
