Been training properly lately. Did a 132.5kg squat today. Might get serious soon.

Been using the above mentioned creatine (so it’s now 6 years out of date). It gave me the s**ts, unsurprisingly.

Found some Creatine in a cupboard. It’s 4 years beyond it’s sell by date. Think I’ll give it a whirl. What’s the worst that can happen...?

If I’d not lurked for ages, I might have been sub #500. Anyway, Happy Birthday.

Went to the gym. It’s pretty s**t, but it’s nearby, and it’s cheap.

Did some benching. Will be hitting 3 figures again soon.

Did some nice and deep, high bar squats up to 125kg.

Finished with some deads, repping easy at 120kg.

It’s a start...

Good luck. Some good lifters at M1, especially at 90kg. Lots of respect for anyone doing proper drug free lifting.

Ha! Thanks. Looks like Sugden needs all the members it can muster...

Hey Billy. I don’t hike much, but I’m generally pretty active. I don’t sit still for too long and always eat healthily. Only one knee ever disintegrated, years ago, but that’s ok now. Just have to make sure nothing else goes belly up if I’m gonna get back training properly.

The older we get the slower the progress...even back to where we were in the past.(Although I cant get there because its a green filed that has since turned autumnal)
be careful not to hold yourself to account to much.

Any progress will definitely be slow, and in the last few years that’s mostly been because I’ve been extremely lazy and disinterested in any kind of consistent training. But I do need to give it one final push, for the sake of my own mental and physical health. And coming back on here to log it might just provide that extra impetus. Cheers, by the way.
