I'm hungry just reading it.

I have a sweet tooth but I unless I go and buy something they're not in the house.

What protein / waxy maize brand do you have?

Do you think it helps you much?

I use myprotein for Protein / creatine and I actually just use cornflour for post workout (same as waximaize just a lot cheaper Happy )

Mini Hodge saw it as I was wrapping it and took it for herself! Sorry, there was no reasoning with her, and she started winding up the right hook when I tried to take it back...I scarpered! Grin

Just eat lots - I eat quite clean and don't really gobble any crap.

My biggest vice is a couple of cappuccinos a day Happy

Generally my daily food intake looks like this

Breakfast - 80g oats / muesli with milk or chocolate custard (this f**king rocks Grin ) and a whey protein shake

12:00 - 200g wholemeal pasta with chicken breast and some sort of spicy sauce

15:30 - 200g wholemeal pasta with chicken breast and some sort of spicy sauce

19:30 - Post workout shake with whey and waximaize starch

20:30 - Whatever our lass has cooked (normally pretty health but always tasty Happy )

23:30 - 45g oats / muesli with milk or chocolate custard and a Casein protein shake

I also have a couple of apples / bananas / oranges throughout the day as well

Out of interest mate, why?
Weight obviously aint a problem for you. Events should keep you event conditioned.
Is it just for general health?

Hello mate,

2 reasons really

1 - I find it really helps me recover from heavy leg sessions. Getting plenty of blood / nutrients pumped into my legs followed by some stretching works wonders for me.

2 - General health and a bit of fat loss (I like to eat lots Grin)

Looks like a very gay session though.

I suspect that your Gay sessions are far, far, gayer than mine Wink

I second smalls comment regarding your gayness

Small's was only calling my session gay!

James said:strong bench mate what are you hoping for in competition?

Cheers mate - Hoping for at least 155kg, maybe even 160Eek
Lifting on the platform can be a little humbling though (especially as I'll be dropping 4-5kg overnight to make weight)...

Robbo said:I would like to counteract the gay comments with a GOOD SESSION comment!

Strong benching eitherway Macca.

Fancy giving those chain dips a go too!

Cheers mate - I only use the chains as I can't find a dipping belt anywhere, not sure they're any better for you

JC said:Nice benching mate

Cheers JC (10th strongest man in England Grin )
