Hello mate, 2 reasons really 1 - I find it really helps me recover from heavy leg sessions. Getting plenty of blood / nutrients pumped into my legs followed by some stretching works wonders for me. 2 - General health and a bit of fat loss (I like to eat lots ) | |||
