I think I'm pretty much the same - I don't say things online that I wouldn't be prepared to say to someone in person.

My missus is great, doesn't b**ch about my training (well very little anyway) and comes to all my comps.

However I try my best not to let training affect my family life - I train a couple of nights a week after the missus has gone to bed and do my best not to let sore legs / back stop me from having fun with Mini Mac.

Leg Press
  • 510kg x 8
  • 510kg x 8

  • 510kg x 7


Leg Extensions
  • 12 plates x 12
  • 12 plates x 10
  • 12 plates x 8 + 6 plates x 10 + 12 Sissy Squats


Lying Leg Curl
  • 8 plates x 8
  • 8 plates x 8
  • 8 plates x 7


Stiff Leg Deadlifts
  • 160kg x 5
  • 160kg x 5
  • 160kg x 5


Also did some standing and seated calf raises.

Plate Pinching
  • Worked up to a few heavy singles then dropped the weight a little for a couple of rep sets.
    Then did a couple of 30 second holds

Not a bad little session for a Saturday morning Happy

Friday 10th September 2010- Back and Bi's

Late start again (22:45), so it was very brisk

Warmed up with some powercleans - not done them for ages because of my bicep tendon injury so just worked up to 90kg for a couple of cleans.
Felt s**te to be honest, will have to badger Kev for some coaching Happy

Weighted Chins
  • 10kg x 10
  • 10kg x 10
  • 10kg x 9


Bench Rows
  • 85kg x 10
  • 85kg x 9
  • 85kg x 8


1 Arm Rows
  • 50kg x 10
  • 50kg x 9
  • 50kg x 8


Shrugs - Double Overhand
  • 150kg x 5
  • 150kg x 5
  • 150kg x 5

Also did some reasonably heavy bicep work, was in some pain but I think it has been some good rehab.
