Friday 10th September 2010- Back and Bi's Late start again (22:45), so it was very brisk Warmed up with some powercleans - not done them for ages because of my bicep tendon injury so just worked up to 90kg for a couple of cleans. Felt s**te to be honest, will have to badger Kev for some coaching Weighted Chins

Shrugs - Double Overhand
Also did some reasonably heavy bicep work, was in some pain but I think it has been some good rehab. Macca | |||
