Monday 6th September 2010 - Bench / Assistance - Ralls


Had a bad night with my rib last night and I woke up at about 03:00 on my side in searing pain Unhappy - 1000mg of Ibuprofin later I mangaged to get back off.

Nice to be back at Ralls today Grin

Bench Press
  • 60kg x 10
  • 75kg x 10
  • 100kg x 8
  • 110kg x 5
  • 120kg x 3
  • 135kg x 3

    2 Board Press from here

  • 145kg x 5
  • 155kg x 3
  • 165kg x 2

    Reverse Bands from here

  • 160kg x 3
  • 170kg x 2


Close Grip Bench Press (hands about 8" apart)
  • 110kg x 5
  • 110kg x 5
  • 110kg x 5
  • 110kg x 5


Dips
  • bw x 10
  • bw x 10
  • bw x 10


Nice easy session to start my 10 week run up the the WDFPA Worlds in November Happy

If your hands are inside your feet then it's a sumo deadlift - There is probably a more technical definition somewhere but this should see you right Happy
