29.12.2011 Front squat and 18inch deadlift Front squat: 2*12*20 2*5*60 3*100 3*130 3*160 1*180 1*195 1*210 PR 18inch deadlift 2*3*120 3*170 3*220 3*270 1*320 1*360 1*400 PR because this was second time ever when i do 18inch dead YEAH very good session. Lots of single lifts, but PR is always PR. Now i going to take few days of rest and come back to gym 1.1.2012...No alcohol in this new year!!!! |
