Good session today. Was on the drink the night before and felt ill when I woke up but by the time I got to the gym I was ready to push it. This was a heavy session volume wise for me and went as follows. Speed deads 8 sets of 3 reps with 100kg Benchpress 2 sets of 5 reps with 82.5kg 1 set of 6 reps with 85kg Chinups 1 set of 6 reps with bodyweight 2 sets of 7 reps with bodyweight. Seated dumbell press 2 sets of 6 reps with 25kg dumbells Lateral raises 2 sets of 10 reps with 8 or 9kg dumbells? Dumbell hammer curl 2 sets of 6 reps with 15kg dumbells Overhead tricep bar extension 2 sets of 8 reps with 15kg on the olympic triecep bar Conclusion Felt really pumped up after this session today. I'm feeling great! It almost felt kind of like a bodybuilding workout with all of the isolatory exercises. It was great fun Video | |||
