Love the way you don't put weight or sets or reps for your calf raises and leg curls. Absolutely heroic haha. Heard from Toby about your insane pressing the other day. Well done!

Chocolate milkshake.

My Protein stuff.

I only use protein powder when my training gets pretty intense or if I'm pretty damn tired after training.

Taking a 2 week job which'll enable me to get by for another couple/few months. As a result of this, I'll not be seeing you chaps for a couple of weeks. See you when I get back to the real world!

Wiege

P.S. A tiny little snippet Bach on the electric jee tarr from back when I was really really ill before I took up powerlifting.

Simple as, Pudz tried to do too much too soon.
Taking on a previous heavyweight UFC champ after only a couple of fights was crazy.

If he'd spent some time respectably building his career from the ground up, I honestly reckon that with enough intelligence and sport specific training, he could forge a wee career in mma just like anyone who has the drive and intelligence could.
As it goes though, he tried to do too much too soon.

Career wise, giving up would be the worst thing that he could do IMO as people would just call him a flash in the pan. If he takes it down a peg or 3 and competes at a lower level until he respectably builds an actual skill set as opposed to an "I think I'll run at the guy and see what happens" set, then maybe the guy could do ok and have some fun. He may have a future in the sport yet (especially in Japan) but to do so he's gonna have to build himself from the ground up like everyone else does.

P.S. That fight almost looked like a guy in his first lesson against a pro fighter. He had absolutely nothing. He'll need a good few years of work yet to get to a high level.

f**k yeah shoulderpress pb! Well done Ross!
That's my big goal for the shoulders over the next couple or few years. A 100k press! Rather good benchmark.

Thanks dudes.
Rested up well yesterday and spent a little time in the sun. Feel a bit better today and am looking forward to training on Tuesday now.
I'm doing quite a bit of baking lately because it seems to chill me out. Amy has asked my to bring cookies and shortbread to the gym so I reckon I'll bring a big stack to help people carb up haha.

Here's a tune from one of my favourite sonic the hedgehog levels.

No training today.
Not enough money and to boot I had a pretty bad night last night with the asthma and heart rhythm. There was a conga going on in my chest.
Will probably be training tuesday and thursday next week.

If your piss is clear you shouldn't need to drink any more as far as I know.
