Diet is s**t atm.... just ordered some protein... still got the diet u gave me and a planning to start it again. Need to do some conditioning.... i'm trying to go for a cycle most days...

i should be playing for sale again next year although i'll have one in three weekends on call, so i want to dedicate much more of my energy to the weights. ?Yeah the old boys game should be fun.... u playing for a team down south? .... u got a job sorted out?

yeah cardio is well boring.

i actually go out on a cycle, that way when ur half way through u cant get of the machine, and if u want to finish quicker the answer is to cycle harder.Grin
