We will be hosting a first timers competition on the 23rd April in Doncaster.
£20 entry via PayPal to vikingpowerandstrength@gmail.com, payment confirms your place

Event 1
70kg log reps in a minute

Event 2
170kg deadlift reps in a minute

Event 3
230kg tyre flip (most reps in a minute wins)

Event 4
200kg yoke into 80kg farmers walk. 20m each implement

Event 5
Stones 60/75/90/110/120

Tshirt for each competitor and trophies for top 3
