| i think shetland might be a bit to far im from Girvan its about 50miles from Glasgow and shetland is about 440miles away. I do think in the end im going to have to travel far to find a competition but as there seems to not be any close by. And do you guys think its better waiting to you have good enough lifts that you think you could win a competition or just enter like where i am the now to get experience. | |||

| The first timers comp is in April i think which i think would be to early to give me time to get my lifts up. I was hoping there would be one towards summer or after. When is the u90s comp taken place? | |||

| Does anyone know if there is going to be any first timer or Novice strongman competitions in Scotland. I was probably going to go to one of the first timers comps Unit 20 hold but heard its closing so thats that plan out the window. I know my lifts arent great but it was just to get some experience. Thanks | |||
