Originally intended on doing a quick tricep workout however upon entering the gym one of my friends asked me for a spot and if i fancied joining in with him on the bench press, decided to join in but stay light and rep low.....

Bench press

Got a video of my 2nd set, never watched myself bench before so was good 2 have a look at the video and see where needs improvment...

Any way enough chest for 2day, now 4 some tricep...

Cable rope pull downs

Over head cable rope extensions

Close grip bench press
BAR X LOTS
60KG X 3 - Very slow down & explosive up

A few sets of gay bicep curls on a EZ bar with about 45KG.....Job done, weekend off...

Really s**t session, Had the flu since friday and its really starting 2 take it out of me. Going 2 have a few days rest now hopefully back in full health for next week, Shouldnt of trained 2day but would of been pissed of with myself if i did'nt....

So ive been 2 the doctors and the flu like thing i thought i had was acctually a chest infection, doctor told me 2 rest and gave me a cause of antibiotics, but what does he know ?

Decided 2 go against my usually training routine 2day so here goes....

Bench press
60kg x 6
100kg x 4 x 10 sets
100kg x 2 x 10 sets
Never trained like this before but really enjoyed it, can honestly say i dont think i had another single rep in me!

Farmers walks- weight per hand
30kg x 50m
70kg x 25m x 3
70kg x 50m

Tricep push & pull downs 2 finish off about 6 sets no idea of the weight....

Trained at Coliseum gym 2day instead of my usual gym the Olympian so also had a mess about on the silver dollar deadlift type thing, atlas stones and log! dropped the 125kg stone on my finger....real wise move that !
