Anything genuinely make a noticeable difference?
Also, what would be the best flavour of crisps to opt for with healing in mind?

I tend to find that lots and lots of meat fish cheese and milk works wonders.I've taken glutamine in the past when I could barely manage 3 full sessions a week without feeling run down and when during glutamine I was able to handle 4 sessions a week just fine. Thing is though, I don't know what a glutamine plant looks like..
P.s. cheese and onion and smoky bacon are soothing to the soul after weight training imo. After heavy cardio it has to be corn puff type crisps such as monster munch, skips, quavers etc.
P.p.s. Are there any crisps that can make my bar bend more whilst making it look legitimately straight?

D-bol. Eat em like smarties and you will be better then new.
Eggs seem to aid recovery well. But i imagine hydration is key.

Thanks for the replies, loal.
Just about to have egg, sardines and leftover coleslaw. Maybe that'll do the job.

Bacon is king, also eggs and steak are up there too.
Minge is a fantastic food though, and always keeps me on my game. I notice when I have a lack of minge in my diet, my performance and lifts drop off. I can only assume that minge is anabolic, or mingeabolic if you will.

make sure your sleep is good, stress levels low and hydrated - when they are good i do notice enhanced recovery,
when they're s**t i ache, lift less, pick up crappy injuries more.
i never feel anything noticeable off specific foods or supplements over just getting enough cals and protein.
