that diet was ages ago haha, was too much really, gained a lot of muscle and strength but also a good bit of fat. too much. now im eating around 500 grams of protein, 300 carbs and try to keep the fat below 70grams a day.

lol, i changed it to my strapped and hitched deadlift at the time, but realised that it doesnt count so i changed it back. plus i am 18 and outlift you. you weak tit

i wouldnt class myself as a fully grown man as i am only 18. someone asked about diet, i put what i was trying at the time and you have decided to try and pick me to peices. well done, pat on the back
