SUGDEN SUCKS! Which is why i am here... Member 370, 1520 posts SQ 285, BP 185, DL 302.5 772.5 kgs @ 94kgs Eq	Dumbell pressing medley 5 dumbflks not sure of the weights. 320kg squat for reps. Arm over arm 14 tonne 20 meters. 27 tonne truck pull 20 meters. Log press medley 5 logs heaviest 170kg. 130kg farmers for 60 meters. Stones 140kg or 170kg for reps.

I trained with him today and he is looking better than ever. Will keep you up to date on the comp next weekend.

I have heard that the ukraine 105 Strongman is a pressing and squatting machine. Hence thats why there are 2 pressing medleys and a massive squat for reps
