Block pulls were really fast, calves were incredibly tight during squats for some reason but wasn't as much of an issue as it felt. All in all everything is going according to plan! Been a while since our schedules have matched up enough to be able to do this so this program is going to be awesome. True to what usually happens when we partner up, things get out of hand and it took 30 mins less than usual to do this workout. Basically zero rest intervals. f**ked. | ||
