Member 2490, 3589 posts SQ 180, BP 120, DL 230530.0 kgs @ 82kgs UnEq | I think you're doing pretty damn well with all considered, carbs and cut and dissertation et al I went lambing once for 3 weeks with no gym, probably ate more daily than I've ever eaten in my life (but mostly in the form of cakes and low protein sandwiches) and came home having lost a stone of mostly muscle, needless to say I had lost a whole lot more than just the odd rep on working sets lol.. | ||
