Push Ups: 3x15

Had to take a few days off for dissertation, but back on it now. Diet was perfect and quite happy how today went with very low carbs and kcals

I think you're doing pretty damn well with all considered, carbs and cut and dissertation et al

I went lambing once for 3 weeks with no gym, probably ate more daily than I've ever eaten in my life (but mostly in the form of cakes and low protein sandwiches) and came home having lost a stone of mostly muscle, needless to say I had lost a whole lot more than just the odd rep on working sets lol..

Thanks brah, lost a bit on squat but most of that was down to smolov and being stuck on how to train it whilst in a deficit for a while. Looking forward to skwats tonight.
