Really tired today and a little flat tbh but when I look at the session written down the volume is low... but the strength itself is where I expected!

Haha unless you get injured or unexpectedly lose 20-30kgs I think I will concede on this bet I'm afraid. Was it a 3 way bet or just between us can't remember?

Good laugh tonight on Kevin's birthday!

Think it was me, nomadic mark, fat bas***d (his choice), forklift, redlight, half squat, big stu, strong stu, and thats about it!!!

Squats

Warm ups 70x5. 90x5. 110x3.

Working sets. 130x3. 160x3. 170x4.

Joker sets 180x3. 190x3.

Overhead squats worked up to a very poor 61kg ... everyone else was just as bad!!! (Definitely one for mark the footballer!!!!)

Trained with nomadic Mark today.... couldn't be bothered to train.... but it's not motivation it's dedication that gets you there!!

Deadlifts

Bench press

Squats At home

Working lates this week, and by Friday/Saturday it takes it out of you!!! So rest day yesterday and early squats today.

Warm ups - 75x5. 95x5. 115x3

Working sets - 125x5. 145x5. 160x6.

Pyramid sets- 150x5. 130x5.

Didn't push it today as I couldn't get comfortable under the bar. Weight felt ok, but couldn't get a groove.

Front squats 5x5@60kg - nice and easy to kick me off!

The goal for the last four weeks training was to get back to around a 200kg squat... so happy!!

Bench Sunday tomorrow:-)

Equipped bench day

Bench Sunday was all about getting used to bench shirts today.... and the incredibly painful nipples they give you. On a cold November morning.... Although we now have a very small fan heater!!! Posh....

Today was me and Nomadic mark!! Avg Mark was scared off by heavy weights, strong shirts and the idea of a polish sausage!

Anyway among a great deal of chat and a 2.5 hour session... he is the log...

Warm ups raw - 55x5. 75x5. 90x3.

Working sets raw - 95x3. 110x3. 125x3.

Bench shirt lifts 150x1. 170x1. 181x1 PB. 190x1 failed

Popped on the deadlift suit.... and realised I couldn't even reach the bar... needs breaking in! Squats and rack pulls I think!

No suit 3 singles at 210kg to work on form.

Bench yesterday but decided to do a bit of volume with mark D ...
