I previously posted asking about overhead squat mobility and about how I was as stiff as a plank of wood:

Now.. I can walk into the gym and overhead squat in my oly shoes keeping my feet on the floor without any kind of stretching/mobility beforehand. Thanks to some of the advice I got.

I can do it barefoot too now, but that requires me to stretch first. I know it's not perfect, but here's a video. Oh and a 175kg x 3 paused squat PB too! I'm 76-77kg depending on the day. Dropping to 74kg to compete in November.

Cheers! Yeah, that's the plan. The last time I maxed out everything was off.. Failed 190, then failed a 107.5 bench, which was only a week after hitting 195 for 2 x 1. Not a great day. I think I'm due to hit 190-200 for some singles on Friday depending how they feel. Happy
