Tom with a 375 squat.... think he may one day squat 400? A long way yet but keeps making progress

I think he can and will, for sure, in time. He puts so much of his back in to the squats on the way up. Always assumed he would be more of an Olympic squatter back in the day but he's found his groove.

He's class!
He's more impressive than Dan Green.
Not just because he is going to surpass him. But because he has stricter form. I enjoy his lifting more.
Only Belkin is ahead of him and IMO Belkin is p4p the best!

I am always my strongest when I lose some fat and then eat my way back up. There is definitely a lot of truth to this.

Some of your recent lifting should be on this thread - that 363x2 looked beastly strong. 1000kg total coming soon for you

Who thinks he will lift a 230kg log come the big day then?

If he does people will just say it was rigged to favour him

Don't really care if he does. However, I do think he will!
Still will never be as good a presser as Big Z. Big Z was hitting his records, while winning numerous titles simultaneously!

After his 500kg DL i wouldn't be surprised - seems to be able to go somewhere mentally few other can and add 20-30kg over training maxes

I will be pissed off if he does, as he openly said many times he was done with worlds.

This is my view. Id be hugely disappointed if he goes and gives anything more than a token performance.
I've never agreed with Eds rationale, but i can respect his drive and motivation. If he deliberately breaks a promise to his wife and children though it would make it very hard to respect the man.
