Worked up to 140 then racked the bar on top of my finger.

Your training seems to have a lemony tang to it at the minute mate, get them jerks videod for us to have a look at, 100k ain't bad going, a good base to work from for someone of your strength

Spat my dummy and f**ked off home. Work is crackers at the moment and in all honesty training is the last thing on my mind.
My routines going to be pretty sparse without any pressing.
