Shoulder still f**ked. Dropped the pin presses for normal bench but it still hurt.

Worked up to 140 then racked the bar on top of my finger.

Session over.

Pretty pissed off, was looking forward toa good session and its put an end to any climbing tomorrow.

Spat my dummy and f**ked off home. Work is crackers at the moment and in all honesty training is the last thing on my mind.

My routines going to be pretty sparse without any pressing.
