did some BJJ yesterday before my session:
snatch
2w/ 40
2w/ 50
1w/ 60
1w/ 70
1w/ 75
1w/ 80
5 triples w/ 85...feeling okay about this, but i am going to work with this weight for a bit in order to get my tech better
jerk
up to 2 w/ 117
power clean
up to 1w/ 110
did some Judo today, and will do BJJ and some jerks and pulls tomorrow

then
rack jerks 6 triples w/ 117...easy...defo think i can hit 120 for 6 triples, famous last words, haha...feeling good about it though.

5 triples w/ 105.....i am starting to hit the scoop position somewhat regularly now...this is good.....i am gonna try a 100kg snatch in a few weeks!
will rest on Friday and do some studying for a test in a few weeks and then hit the dojo or BJJ gym hard and do some weights

rack jerks 6 triples w/ 117...easy...defo think i can hit 120 for 6 triples, famous last words, haha...feeling good about it though.

did a BJJ class on Tuesday, and tried to lift afterwards, but that was epic fail.....have had a tummy bug for a bit...but it seems to have gone, thank f**k!
did this on Wednesday:
Judo - 1 hour...fairly hard pressure testing drills and then randoir....good times :-)
then i went to the gym
rack jerks
up to
3w/ 120
5 doubles w/ 120
there were really good reps in there and some shockers...but i will stick with this and have 6 triples with this in a few weeks

pretty tired by now...so just working on getting them as high as i could
will revamp the routine some over the next few days, so keep your eyes peeled
off to do some BJJ on Thur and some weights on Fri, and more BJJ on Sat

Hey Phil
Just do it!!! (well, at least next time the lifting is feeling sweet and everything is going your way)
Oh, and maybe laying off the pussy for a few days might help (I don't think it will, but I'm jealous of anyone getting more punani than me.......which is everyone!!)
