Good luck mate! Deffo one too watch for 2013.
Slipped disc? What happened?
Im looking into getting hold of an inversion table to help with my back, supposed to be good for decompressing the discs and realigning the spine. Dnt think it will help my mid spine but my hopefully sort my lower out.

I think I tore a disk in my back at the comp started deadlifting two weeks ago and warmed up with 100 something just gave way and I could hardly walk for a couple of days had shooting pains running right to my heels. Osteo said it was a slipped disk. I've just done some benching tonight it's not feeling good at all.
Well hopefully mate everything will sort it's self out for you it's definitely worth a try isn't it. Are you going to compete next year ?

I'd take it steady for abit, you dnt want too make it worse, it's alright me saying tht tho i'm the worst for training through injuries haha.
Yer anythings worth a try, finally got appointment through for hospital too, thts in a few weeks so se if they can do anything for me with these triggerpoint injections.
Only plans so far are possibly too have a go at a powerlifting comp, that being said i know i'l get the urge too do the natural qualifier again when the events are released etc. I also have unfinished busness with the Log press, 140 was the goal and i still want it!
