» METAL Powerlifting Shoes for sale - size 45 EU (Go to post)17-12-2015 @ 14:07
https://gometal.com/product/powerlifting-shoes/

Barely used with some minor cosmetic damage (METAL label is half fraying off 1 shoe, a few small cuts on toe box of 1 shoe). I ordered them from the German (I think) website of METAL way back for a total of £110, to find they were too big for me. Now they are sitting at my parents in my cupboard. I'll post a pic of them when i'm back there for xmas if anyone is iinterested. cheers.

Stirling sounds like the place to go. How heavy are the dumbbells tho? I've heard they only go up to 35kg

I understand what you're saying but saying the routine won't work AT ALL is a bit much considering its the all famous Westside template..

Yeah, its just Im pretty new to the heavy lifting now that Ive switched up my training style:

mon ME Lower + Assistance
tue
wed ME Bench + Assistance
thu
fri DE Lower + Assistance
sat
sun DE Bench + Assistance

Its pretty much a westside template but a few times Ive just not even fully recovered from the last ME session. I am thinking about just missing out speed work, or doing it after ive done my 1RM on ME day.

I only know of a few routines that are most commonly used. Are there any under rated routines or in general, routines you've seen great results with excluding the most popular ones?

Felt pretty strong today. Had a strong coffee then headed to the garage.
Warmup: Roller, shoulder dislocates & band stretches

Bench:
60x3
60x3
75x5
80x5 PR
85x2
90x1 PR
95xF

DB Bench:
30x8
32.5x10 PR
35x4
30x8

OH DB Extensions:
22.5x10
25x10
27.5x8
30x4
20x10

DB Rows:
40x8, x8, x8, x8, x8

Was really happy with 90. it felt pretty easy so I went for 95 but only got it about 2-3 inches off my chest.
