thanks mate, increased bodyweight helps, use to be around the 110kg mark so extra 5kg has halped.

I don't think I will be to be honest, just enjoying training at the moment and still having problems with my arm when it comes to training events.

Weights around 115kg at the moment so not really enough time to drop and make weight for 105's, I might look at doing englands most powerful at the start of June.

I have got the BNSF northern opens qualifier end of the month so will see how I get on there then decide what to do
