My plan of attack would be - next session do a few singles with a small weight (probably 1.25Kg) attached, and continue going up in small increments each session, sticking to singles. After a few months, see how many can be done with bodyweight only. This is probably an unusual approach, but it's what I'D do! I'm a big fan of singles though! | ||

There's a q+a section where a man called harry selkow gives people chin up progression routines. It seems very logical I'd suggest singles, negatives only and fat mans to get some reps in | ||
