Short back n Bicep session last night, didn't count reps,weights etc top set was heavy that's about it.Did
WGPD
CGPD
Seated row
Barbell curls
EZ bicep curls
In/out in around 35mins job done, working all weekend as well not sure what I am doing next week gym wise my last day of membership is Monday but can pay 5.60 for other sessions might have a few days rest anyway and hit it hard the following week

last night session
Well a funny old day yesterday the prevoius night I nipped out for a pizza and ended up having 5 pints of Stella lmao
Woke up really early struggled with sleep felt like s**t all day and wasn't goner bother with gym just go Tomoz when felt a bit fresher.
But as it's my last day of membership and there is a few works meals this week I thought f**k it and go and see what happens....so here goes
