How much rest did you take between singles? and how long did that session last?!
If I did 33 singles with my usual 10 mins between sets, I'd be there for 5.5 hours haha..

Technically, Dave doesn't need rest but being a nice guy he rests long enough for the weights to recover! lol

I took 45-60 second rests mate, thats part of the system i've come up with limiting rest periods as much as possible, when hitting 95%+ it may go up to 75 seconds tho as it gets tough. I think that session took around 50 minutes mate. Next weeks 130kg for 25+ reps should be fun!

Lolol! Cheers Si, i am a bit nuts these days! Trust me i needed to rest! By the last few sets i was on my knees and really didn't want to get back under the bar! I was mentally exhausted by the end too lol!
I really want to be banging up 150+ for mutiple singles by end of the year, think its possible but its going to be a path of pain!

And i need your pressing abilities lol! Just keep consistant bud, thats the main thing, i really think your deads will soon start to fly. One bad lift in strongman doesn't matter much mate and its not that awful tbh. I however jhave a s**t raw squat! Not ideal as a new PL lol! I'll get there tho!
