Think Littler would probably reccomend excessive masterbation.

What you on about? Dont want to sound like a cock here but what sort of tips do you want? To make them bigger? Stronger?

I asked these questions on your last thread called SHOULDERS but got no joy

Why are you bothered about having big forearms?

try hammer curls with your wrist curled upwards (i.e. towards you) - this will keep tension on the forearm throughout the movement.

however my forearms grew the most after I eliminated straps from 99% of my training.

doesn't really matter, whatever reps work for you (obviously you'll use less weight if you want to do a set of 15 than of 5) I think.. the key thing is to keep the wrist curled (cocked!) so the forearm is put under more tension
