Wide grip pull down 5 x 8 Squat - struggled to hold the bar. I probably should've rested my rest here. 110 x 3 130 x 3 150 x 3 170 x 3 190 x 3 210 x 2 230 x 1 250 x f Felt like my legs could just keep giving and giving today but my grip was so poor and my balance was all over the place. Another day maybe. Wide grip cable row 5 x 8. Done. Weekend rest should help. Front squats are working. | ||

Dumbbell press 30kg x 10. 3 sets. Not heavy to begin with but I struggle with the endurance. Front squat 100 x 3. 5 sets. Protecting the wrist. Leg press Stack x 8. 3 sets. Awful cable machine, the stack says 175kg, feels harder than 400kg on the leg press at my normal gym. Seated chest press Stack x 8. 3 sets. A bit like above really, didn't enjoy it. Finished with some tricep work. | ||

No legs power after yesterday. 150 x 3 170 x 3 200 x 3 - left it here, was becoming too risky on my back. Wide grip pulldowns 5 x 8 V grip pulldowns 5 x 8 Barbell row 100 x 5. 5 sets. Narrow T-bar row 3 x 8. Done. Got enough done after a disappointing start. | ||

Worked up to 200 x 3. Felt awful, I did some yoke yesterday and it really took its toll on my core/lower back. Couldn't keep myself from going forward when squatting. Narrow grip pulldown 5 x 8 Wide grip (D handle) cable row 3 x 8 Done. | ||

Narrow grip pull down. 5 x 5 - were strong. Rear delt raise 4 x 10 Single arm cable row (don't have Dumbbells heavy enough) 3 x 8 - obviously not as good as using Dumbbells. Done. Quick session today, didn't get in the gym until very late. | ||

I'm not well with something, feels flu-like but not full blown yet. Everything aches and I can't stay awake. Not what I wanted with a competition coming up Saturday. Pin Press - the bar was basically touching my chest. 70 x 5 100 x 5 110 x 5 120 x 5 130 x 5 RPE 8 117.5 x 5. 4 sets. Strict press 60 x 8 65 x 8 (endurance was awful, grinding the 8th) 60 x 8 Close grip floor press 80 x 8 100 x 8 90 x 8 - I was feeling weaker and weaker as the session progressed and at this point I called it a day and went to throw up. Still not 100% but strength isn't down really, just endurance. Done. Not a bad start. | ||

I was a bit wobbly with them but my legs were burning so they were doing something. 60 x 5 100 x 5 140 x 5 160 x 5 170 x 5 180 x 5 RPE 8 162.5 x 5. 4 sets. Leg press 8 x 350kg. 3 sets, made them hamstring heavy, my weakness. Few sets of pull downs to finish, had more planned but was ruined by this point, don't think I'd need it even if I was feeing 100%. Done. Feel good for having done it now. | ||

This is a massive weakness, I have almost non existent hamstrings and my lower back gives me issues a lot. Hoping an improvement here should carry over to a full deadlift quite nicely Barbell row 90 x 5 100 x 5 110 x 5 120 x 5. 3 sets. Wide pull downs 3 x 8 D handle pull downs 3 x 8 Cable row 3 x 8 One arm cable row 3 x 8 Done. | ||
