I like the sound of that format though JC. It gives different strength levels a chance of doing a bit of everything. Ggreat idea for a charity comp, as opposed to a national one. It's nice to be able to get a rep on something without it having to be a miraculous 20kg pb! lol

Aye, my thinking was if you have a 80 log/180 squat/110 farmers/220 dl you can do it
AND it will also appeal if you have 115 log/220 squat/130 farmers/250 dl

LOL...if it was mainly u90 guys, the squat start weight would be lower
event weights will be tailored to the majority of the athletes, so last rep is acheivale for most...but ball busting all out effort
its all about fun

TBH for any strongman, wearing wraps, a 160 squat should be nailable!
As should an 80kg log, 200k deadlift, 90 farmers.
Look great!

I'd fancy a pop at this mate, assuming that I won't be on holiday. Might even be close to 105 by then

I actually really like the look of the events!
Some good stuff to aim for come June/July time in there.
And of course the ultimate goal must be to obliterate PAGAN for the first of many times.

What a lovely comp and a great charity
Depending on date/injury/finances I might be able to do this.
My calendar is quite full for July though.
