Would of been good to have someone from Wales and Scotland in the line up.
Should be a great battle with those guys listed.

Westarby for the win if in (although I thought his performance at last years WSM may have got him a wildcard)

stainless said:Top BRITISH strongmen? aren't they all English? why not just say top English strongmen?
If all the top British Strongmen were Scottish they would still be the top British strongmen

The point that i'm attempting to make is that if you're gonna go to the bother of saying a comp has the best of British in it then you should at least go to the bother of inviting people from Britain to it.Britain is England,Scotland ,Ireland and Wales. There has only recently been the Scotland strongest man and Wales strongest man contests, how difficult would it have been to have added the winners of each to this line up?.Then it would be at least a bit closer to being a British comp.
The guys in the comp are all top guys and should all be there no question, but so should a few others,it'll be a great comp i'm sure but right now it's not a BRITISH anything.

I'm not of great knowledge when it comes to Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish Strongmen so this is a genuine question not an insult directed at anyone but are there any guys of a standard that could compete at WSM right now from those countries?
