Highlights was kens yoke, Jay Hughes log press, jacks deadlift. And Jay Hughes just told me my farmers made 6 of the top strongmen cry lol oops ; ) | ||

A lot of young talent in the UKs which is brilliant. Think its a shame certain people try and ruin other competitors by making dodgy equipment lol | ||

Ed looked fackin huge but admitted bein tired from last week so fairdoos, nice to see pagan/pagan jnr/macca/gates/erm loads i shud just say caged steel boys | ||
