tbh the deads at bw are easiest, then squats, then chins, then bench, then oh

id do the 5 oh first as they are the hardest then do the 20 chins, then the 25 deads would be a break then go onto the 25 bench and finish with 25 squats

just read you cant break ur sets

got to make it up on the chins and oh press as 25 reps on bench is bloody tough esp as you cant jsut do 35 deads and 35 squats then 10 bench, 10 chins and 10 oh hich would be so much easier.

when you say stop can you be at lockout for a few seconds

I'm guessing a few of the people saying it sounds easy have not tried high rep work.
It's amazing how quickly the muscles pump up and start to seize even with relatively light weights.
I would manage the deadlifts and squats quite happily and get close on the bench but I couldn't do 10 strict overhead presses at my bodyweight.
15 chins, hmmmm, I wouldn't be miles off.

Yeah you could lock out if you wanted, just so's you don't put it down or thats set over. Had another go today at 60% (60k), was tough, managed all but the pullups by the skin of me teeth, but pull ups I couldn't do with me elbow as it is. But, I'll get there, want 100% by summer!

Presses don't HAVE to be strict Dan necessarily, push presses would do, but again, you can make your own rules up rather than follow my own sell imposed ones. As long as at the end of it all you've hit all those muscle groups as best you can.

Yeah sounds good. But has 2 lots of squats so legs hit twice but back and shoulders not hit. Lower back with deadlift, idea behind pullups is bicep and upper back strength.

I would definitely struggle with the overhead and the bench would take a while too, the rest is pretty easy though, sounds good anyhow. Every couple of months I take a week off and train just one full body day. I might try this then and just see what time I can do it in. Sounds like a fun little challenge.

Definitely want to have a go at this - having recently moved over to strongman training from bodybuilding (sorry for the rude word), I still have some high rep sets left in me.
I reckon the Deads, Bench and Squat will be fine and the chins will be almost ok... but Im pretty damn sure I will struggle with the OH part. I say struggle, I actually mean fail!

Obviously Im typing this from the comfort of a soft chair so Im not even thinking of how hard its going to be to do all 5 sets straight off one after another!
