The longest serving member without a tagline Member 41, 395 posts SQ 255, BP 165, DL 267.5687.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | this is crossfit tbh the deads at bw are easiest, then squats, then chins, then bench, then oh id do the 5 oh first as they are the hardest then do the 20 chins, then the 25 deads would be a break then go onto the 25 bench and finish with 25 squats | ||

It's amazing how quickly the muscles pump up and start to seize even with relatively light weights. I would manage the deadlifts and squats quite happily and get close on the bench but I couldn't do 10 strict overhead presses at my bodyweight. 15 chins, hmmmm, I wouldn't be miles off. Interesting challenge for a rainy day | ||

Had another go today at 60% (60k), was tough, managed all but the pullups by the skin of me teeth, but pull ups I couldn't do with me elbow as it is. But, I'll get there, want 100% by summer! | ||

He cant Member 354, 1452 posts | Presses don't HAVE to be strict Dan necessarily, push presses would do, but again, you can make your own rules up rather than follow my own sell imposed ones. As long as at the end of it all you've hit all those muscle groups as best you can. | ||

But has 2 lots of squats so legs hit twice but back and shoulders not hit. Lower back with deadlift, idea behind pullups is bicep and upper back strength. | ||

Every couple of months I take a week off and train just one full body day. I might try this then and just see what time I can do it in. Sounds like a fun little challenge. | ||

I reckon the Deads, Bench and Squat will be fine and the chins will be almost ok... but Im pretty damn sure I will struggle with the OH part. I say struggle, I actually mean fail! Obviously Im typing this from the comfort of a soft chair so Im not even thinking of how hard its going to be to do all 5 sets straight off one after another! | ||
