p.s i love your mix and match chairs and the triple hanging baskets, your have really captured the theme of the 'outside' inside !!



p.p.s just a quick question , when using the punch bag that hangs in the corner of the room how to you perfect the left and right hook without catching cement or wood and glass or do you just hope that the attacker comes straight at you and practice for that very same occasion. I just fear that your fighting style maybe somewhat one dimensional ?!!

The first lockout was a touch high, but the 2nd one was easily ipf depth. Good squat!
